Downloading and Sending Reports


Talkdesk Explore™ allows you to download and send your reports, so that you can store or share data.



To download a report, follow these steps:



  1. Select a report.
  2. Click the more options icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
  3. Select Download.



  1. Customize the details as needed.
  2. Choose the file format:

a. TXT.

b. Excel Spreadsheet.

c. CSV.

d. JSON.

e. HTML.

f. Markdown.

g. PNG.


5. Download the report.



You can send a report by email, to your own address or someone else’s address. 



  1. Select a report. 
  2. Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
  3. Select Send. 
  4. Customize the details as needed: 
  • Name the file. 
  • Add the recipients' list. 
  • Pick the file format. 
  • Adjust the filters according to your needs. 
  • You are also able to configure advanced options, depending on the format: 
    • Limit the results to the data in the table or send all results (Note: the option All Results is not available for these reports: Activity Report, Inbound Dispositions, Outbound Dispositions); 
    • Select your format options. If you are sending the report as a CSV ZIP file, you can also tick Apply visualization options to apply some additional visualization options. Do not tick Formatted data values if you do not want the data to have special formatting (for example: rounding long numbers). The exact output when these additional options are selected will depend on the data and the report. 
  1. Press Send when you are ready.


6. You will receive an email informing you that the report is ready to download.
