If you see this message while trying to log in or to configure Two-factor Authentication, one of the following situations may apply:

  • There has been a timeout while requesting the Security Key validation. In this case, click the try again link to solve it.
  • The browser you’re using is not compatible with the WebAuthn protocol. In this case, please make sure you’re using the latest version of the Google Chrome browser, which includes support for the WebAuthn protocol.
  • The Security Key you’re using is not compatible with the WebAuthn protocol. If you need a compatible security key, we recommend using YubiKey
