- The new version of Conversations (Voice Channel) features various new features and enhancements related to wrap-up forms.
Talkdesk AI Launchpad
- The Redaction Capability can now be configured directly within AI Launchpad. This provides more flexibility and control over sensitive data redaction. Redaction settings can now be set at: Default Flow, Ring Group, and Agent.
Talkdesk Interaction Analytics
- Ring group information has been added to the search result cards as well as to the Transcription card. For interactions involving multiple ring groups, the primary ring group will be displayed, accompanied by the information of the number of additional ring groups.
Talkdesk Workforce Management
- Easily maintain consistency in schedules and roles with Agent Bulk Configuration. You will be able to copy settings from one agent to multiple agents, or to entire teams in one step, improving the efficiency of the setup process.
