Talkdesk Agent Workspace - Conversations
- This update ensures the consistent use of avatars across all Workspace apps, for a more cohesive user experience.
Talkdesk AI Launchpad
- Various new, supported speech-to-text languages have been added for Customer Experience Analytics.
Talkdesk Builder - Connections
- Admins can now configure the content type for a given action directly through Connections. With this new setting, Admins can select and apply the desired content type to actions, before publishing. It will be possible to choose between JSON and x-www-form-urlencoded content types.
Talkdesk Digital Engagement
- Now, Admins can end a conversation when it remains inactive for a specified period, and send an automated message, or reassign it. Admins can create timeout rules by setting conditions, such as what should happen when a conversation is assigned and there’s no activity for a set time. Also, Agents will now receive real-time desktop notifications for incoming interactions from digital channels.
Talkdesk Knowledge Management
- The new version features enhanced content extraction capabilities, such as effectively capturing headings, links, and tables. Also, users can now define extra configuration options such as crawl depth and maximum links per page.
