- Talkdesk Agentless Payments for Epic EHR enables patients to securely pay their outstanding bills through an IVR channel, without needing to speak to an agent. Patients can better manage their accounts, reduce wait times and free up contact center agents for more complex inquiries.

- Customers using the Talkdesk Navigator Studio component now have new languages available.
