Release Notes
Talkdesk Admin
- Customers will be able to access audit logs related to changes done in Voice Channel settings. Also, it is now possible to read and write permissions to Voice Channel and Transfer Destinations settings, via the existing Admin > Preferences Area permission in the Roles and Permissions app.
Talkdesk Agent Workspace: Activities
- Users can now access and view case information in the Snapshot tab, if the activity has an associated case. Also, it is now possible to filter activities (including Voice and Digital Channel activities) by Interaction ID In the Filters Menu.
Talkdesk AI Launchpad
- Now, excluded agents and ring groups will be identified as "Excluded" in the AI flows segment drop-down and won't be processed in the context of your AI flows, even if selected on the AI flow itself. They will also not be processed in the default AI flow (if applicable).
Talkdesk Autopilot
- Talkdesk Explore Conversation fields “VA Name” and “VA ID” fields, which referred to the previous “Virtual Agent” naming, have now been updated to “Autopilot Name” and “Autopilot ID”.
Talkdesk Digital Engagement
- Agents can send and receive attachments in .zip format through both Email and Digital Connect channels, streamlining workflows and enhancing customer experiences. Also, the Chat Widget was improved with the responsive UI enhancement.
Talkdesk Feedback
- The “Manage flow” option of the chat survey flow enables you to customize the survey by providing a “drag and drop” user experience that allows for the customization of survey messages and survey flows.
Talkdesk Identity
- You can now apply various filters in the Identity app after clicking the Export button and before the download begins, enabling you to extract precisely the required information.
Talkdesk Live
- “Team”, “Child teams”, and “Team + Child teams” new scopes will be available on: Admin > Roles and Permissions > Choose role > “Permissions” tab > “Edit” > “Reporting: Live” > “Scope”.
Talkdesk Workforce Management
- Improvements were made to the Agent Configuration page, providing better functionality and a smoother user experience.
