Talkdesk Digital Engagement
- The new WhatsApp Outbound Template Messaging capability allows agents to send outbound messages directly to customers using pre-approved WhatsApp templates. This includes messages sent outside the 24-hour response window. Note: The feature is currently in Early Access and may not be available to all users.
Talkdesk Microsoft Teams Connector
- Administrators can now manually enable or disable presence synchronization for users who are configured as Talkdesk Agents and have a corresponding Microsoft Teams account.
Talkdesk Navigator
- The “Analyze voice message” Studio component now allows customers to choose whether to use audio from the voice call or a value from a variable, for additional flexibility configuring workflows.
- Customers can now also define the duration of the execution for the Analyze voice message component.
Talkdesk Workforce Management
- Shift Trade Automation: Enable users to configure and enforce validation rules for shift trade. Note: Requests violating any rules will be automatically denied.
