Talkdesk Agent Workspace: Conversations (Cross-Channel)

Talkdesk AI Launchpad

  • More supported speech-to-text languages have been added for Talkdesk Copilot, CX Sensors, and Talkdesk for Service Cloud Voice. One of the main purposes is to provide clarity on the exact Chinese dialects available.

Talkdesk Digital Engagement

  • The new version of Digital Engagement features various updates, namely:
    • Configurable capacity for assigning agents to message components, so supervisors can set different capacities for agents across various ring groups or for handling different channels. 
    • Email Service Upgrade. To complete the upgrade and ensure uninterrupted service, all active email touchpoints must be re-authenticated by November 30th, 2024.
    • Agents can now edit email subjects when replying, ensuring privacy compliance, removing sensitive info, and improving clarity in customer communications.

Talkdesk for Salesforce

  • Version 6.4 has made an update, with the setup process now including an additional step. Admins are prompted to create (automatically or manually) Talkdesk Trusted URLs in Salesforce. Also, Agents with permission to access Talkdesk Live can now view it directly within Salesforce.

Talkdesk for Service Cloud Voice

  • The 2.11 version features a new section in the “SCV Setup Data” tab, allowing admins to create (automatically or manually) the Talkdesk Trusted URLs as part of the setup process. Also, Agents with permission to access Talkdesk Live can now view it directly within Salesforce.
