Talkdesk Admin: Billing
- The new “Usage wallet name” column states which type of usage was charged on each transaction. It is available for the following reports: “Billing Usage Cost Report”’, “Billing Usage Aggregated Report”, and “Billing Usage Transactions”.
Talkdesk AI Launchpad
- New supported speech-to-text languages have been added for Talkdesk Copilot, CX Sensors and Talkdesk for Service Cloud Voice.
Talkdesk Cases
- Assignee changes between email conversations and cases can be synced automatically using Talkdesk’s event-based automation. This way, updates to one system will be reflected on the other.
Talkdesk Interaction Analytics and Talkdesk Quality Management Assist
- Users with the Customer Experience Analytics add-on can now configure data retention for call transcriptions. Transcriptions can be set to automatically delete after a specified time period. This is applicable to the Interaction Analytics and Quality Management Assist products.
Talkdesk Workforce Management
- Bugs were fixed, regarding incorrect intraday adherence calculations, and historical contacts not being imported to WFM.
