Product Notice: New and Improved Way to Create Support Tickets for Talkdesk [Effective May 23, 2024]

We are excited to announce a new and improved way for you to create support tickets for the Talkdesk platform, products, and services.

 

Why is this change being made?

Current State:

  • Previously, support tickets were created independently of your Talkdesk account.
  • This process led to several challenges:
    • Delays in resolution due to missing account or requester information.
    • The inconvenience of navigating to another location to open tickets.

What's New:

  • You can now open support tickets directly within your Talkdesk instance. This integration ensures that our Support team is immediately aware of which instance the issue pertains to. 
  • This new process will streamline your support experience, reduce resolution times, and enable our team to better support your needs.
