• Talkdesk Agent Workspace: Conversations (Voice channel)
  
  • Enhancements:
    • "DTMF", "Blind Transfer", and "Add Guest" are now available for calls to numbers/extensions from Unified Communications providers (e.g., Talkdesk Phone, Microsoft Teams)
    • Keypad button is now available in the "Consultation" screen when the contact leaves the call
  • Fixes: Wrong queue displayed in the "Conversation details" card

  • New: Minimized Controls on the Advanced Player
