Talkdesk requires customers to configure their firewalls and network security devices to allow access to a prescribed set of domains, IP addresses, and ports. This is to ensure that Talkdesk is able to operate effectively for your users.
This article focuses on the required external IPs. Your firewall or network security device needs to allow incoming traffic from these IP addresses to allow, for example, SSO in Talkdesk with Salesforce credentials.
Note: The IP addresses listed in this article are used not only by native Talkdesk features, but also by custom integrations, including Actions, Connections, and custom-built workflows or API-based integrations.
