Experiencing echo during the call

If you hear your own voice echoing during a call, it's likely the problem is on the other person's end. Conversely, if the other person hears their own voice echoing, then the issue is likely on your side. To fix this problem, both participants on the call should use headphones or a headset instead of speakers. If this is not possible, try to lower the speaker volume or move the microphone further away from the speakers. Keep in mind that if the distance between your microphone and speakers is less than 20 cm, an echo will occur.
