When I call my Talkdesk number it goes straight to voicemail

Note: The features described below are only available for accounts using Talkdesk Classic Inbound Routing. Effective June 21, 2021, Talkdesk Classic Inbound Routing will no longer be available for sale for new customers. New accounts will only be able to configure inbound routing behavior through Studio.

To troubleshoot this issue, please verify that the business hour settings in your account are adjusted accordingly and that there are available agents to take the call.

You can modify the business hours and the number of agents a call can route to in the Admin Preferences.
