While uploading a record list, you can add the time zone information for each record, so Talkdesk Dialer™ doesn’t call records outside the campaign calling hours. You can add different time zones per record.
Note: TalkDesk Dialer™ will automatically adjust calling hours for Daylight Saving Time based on each record’s time zone.
