Accessing the Invoices Section
As an Admin, you can view and download your Talkdesk account invoices by selecting Invoices in the Admin App. The Invoices section lists all the invoices generated for your company. They are available for viewing and downloading in PDF format.
Managing Invoices
Go to the Admin App, find the Billing area, and select Invoices [1]. Within the Invoices section you will find the following information:
- Overdue card [2]: Total amount for invoices not yet paid by their due date.
- Pending card [3]: Total amount for pending payment invoices.

History [4]: Lists the invoices issued for the account. It includes several columns with details and an option for filtering and downloading:
- Invoice number: Invoice’s unique ID.
- Invoice date: Date when the invoice was issued.
- Total amount: Total amount of the invoice.
- Due amount: Amount yet to be paid.
- Due date: Date when the invoice must be paid.
- Status: Status of the invoice.
- Download button: Click the download option to download the invoice as a PDF. Check our Billing FAQ for more details invoice-related. Note: If you find any discrepancies in your invoices, please reach out to us through the Talkdesk Support Portal.
- Filters: Sort invoices by date, due date and status.
Billing details [5]: Include Bill to contact, company address, and VAT number. Ensure the billing details are always up to date, for changes use the Edit option and do not forget to hit Save on to the top right to confirm changes.
Invoice Access Permissions
All users with the default Admin role have the "View" permission for Invoices, allowing them to access and download invoices from Admin App > Billing area > Invoices section and view invoice-related within the Billing area. If the Invoices section does not appear in your Admin App, it means you do not have the necessary permissions.
It’s possible to grant or restrict view permissions to customer roles. To do so, create a new role based on the default Admin role, then navigate to the Permissions tab and simply select/unselect the invoice view permission as needed.
