- Agent Level Permissions: Until now, Mobile Agent access was managed only at the account level: if the account had access, all the agents would have access too. You can now customize the agents’ access to Talkdesk Mobile Agent, individually or in bulk, choosing who has access to the feature.

Mobile Agent 3.0 includes bug fixes and enhancements, along with warm transfers functionality for both iOS and Android platforms.
The warm transfer feature enables users to hand-off calls to a supervisor, another agent, or a subject matter expert. Agents can do it easily whether transferring to an agent, a ring group, or an external number, with the opportunity to speak with the other party before performing the transfer, so they can ensure the customer has a smooth and seamless handoff, and the new party has any context they may need.

Today, November 26, 2019, Talkdesk is releasing version 1.3.3 of the iOS Mobile App targeting iOS 13 compatibility and enhancing stability overall.

- Following the iOS 13 software update, the Mobile App frequently crashed on the call screen, after dialing a phone number, and on the iPhone 7 Plus when the app was idle for some time. These issues have all been fixed.
