The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partner has participated and will continue to participate in the US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Speaker Recognition Evaluation.

This independent evaluation is the most important and main driver for innovation in the field of voice biometrics, particularly security.


How is it following compliance standards?

The Voice Authentication solution is built on a three-pillar “Privacy by Design” approach that places an emphasis on data privacy, data protection, and data security, and ensures compliance with all regulatory regimes including, but not limited to General Data Protection (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), Business and Intelectual Property (BIPA), Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), and Vectors of Trust.


How is the solution compliant with PCI DSS standards?

The platform, including its Voice Biometric engine, complies with PCI Data Security Standards (DSS) regarding the encryption of credentials during transmission and storage.
