If you’re using active Voice Biometrics, you need to say a passphrase to enable the system: first to establish a baseline, and afterward to check your unique voiceprint.
Talkdesk Identity™ includes a series of pre-configured pass-phrases. With some of these passphrases, Identity performs:
1. Utterance checks, i.e., detecting whether you are saying the right phrase. This is used to guarantee that the spoken passphrase matches the one requested.
2. Second speaker checks, i.e., detects if two users are creating a voiceprint (aka enrolling) as if they were one user only. This ensures there is a 1:1 ratio between a voiceprint and a single user.
