Talkdesk HubSpot Connector allows you to integrate your Talkdesk account with your HubSpot instance. For more information, please read through our Talkdesk HubSpot Connector™ documentation section.

On September 7, 2026, we will release the following update to the HubSpot Connector. This update will be enabled by default for all accounts of users with the Talkdesk HubSpot Connector.
Fix:
- Mark Recording as Ready: Fixed an issue where call recordings available in Talkdesk were not being marked as ready in HubSpot. A new automation, “When a call recording becomes available, mark it as ready in HubSpot” is now available in the automations page for all HubSpot Connector accounts.
Note: Please keep in mind that this automation is enabled by default.
