Talkdesk Voice Platform: Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Effective management of Voice Platform capabilities is critical to ensuring the organizational telephony fabric functions as intended. To ensure that core aspects of the telephony infrastructure are configured and managed properly, Talkdesk provides role-based access control across all Voice Evolution artifacts.

  • View: Allows the role to view the artifact and its configuration.
  • Create: Allows the role to create new artifacts.
  • Edit: Allows the role to modify existing artifact configurations.
  • Delete: Allows the role to delete artifacts.
