Overview
The Changelogs feature in Talkdesk Studio™ Reference Hub provides a centralized, historical view of all the modifications made to a Reference table’s data.
Designed for Admins, it tracks exactly what was changed, when, and by whom. This eliminates guesswork during troubleshooting, accelerates incident resolution, and ensures compliance by auditing edits, table details, and individual cell-level data changes.
Accessing Changelogs in Reference Hub
To access changelogs in Reference Hub, follow these instructions:
- Log into the Talkdesk account and navigate to the Reference hub [1] under the section “Talkdesk Studio”.
- Select any table to update its data, or click on Edit structure [2] to modify the table parameters (for example, adding a new data column [3]). Click Save [4].
- Return to the main Reference Hub landing page. Click on the View changelogs button [5] located next to the specific table you updated.
- Expand the desired log entry using the dropdown arrow [6] to inspect the structural, detail, or data-level modifications.
- Review the detailed changelog, which displays the precise timestamp, what specific value was changed, and the name of the person who made the change.
