Overview
Flows & Modules Health is the second phase of the Studio Governance app within Talkdesk Studio™. It provides Admins with access to performance data, health metrics, and execution-based analysis.
This feature provides a place for customers to understand their flow behavior, identify anomalies, and make data-driven adjustments to improve operational quality.
Navigating the Main Dashboard
The dashboard contains widgets that show Studio Flows performance and global data:
-
Total published flows [1]: Total of flows updated, categorized by flow interaction type and filtered by the data range selected, and the total number of flows. The same behavior for modules.
- Completion and errors [2]: Completion rate of a studio flow execution. If a component goes through an error handling exit, the system classifies the execution as an error.
-
Flows with errors [3]: Volume of flow errors for the selected data range and specific trends.
- Most used flows [4]: Volume of errors categorized by flow interaction type and filtered by the selected data range.

Recent Flows
The Recent flows section lists recent flows for a detailed analysis.
Click on See all to display the full list of flows, based on the time range selected in the top-right corner. Clicking on the Flow (or module) button opens it in the Studio Flow Overview page.
Studio Flow Overview Page
Studio Flow Overview provides a view of each Flow’s details, including information about its creator, creation date, and full modification history [1]. It also introduces a “Version history” functionality [2], allowing customers to easily access and navigate previous versions.
Under the section “Performance data”, users can select the specific version to analyze [3] and choose a date range of up to 30 days [4]. The section includes key metrics such as completion rate [5] and error rate [6] (with errors defined based on the error-handling exit), as well as the total number of executions for the selected Flow version [7], displayed with a trendline. It also provides the average duration per execution [8], accompanied by a trendline to track performance over time.
Below, in the “Recent Flow Executions by Interaction” section, the area links Flow Health with Studio interactions. It groups Studio interactions associated with the selected flow, within the chosen date range, providing a clear view of how those interactions contribute to overall performance.
