[Storage and Retention] Voicemail Transcription Storage

The following instructions will assist Administrators in configuring Talkdesk Admin for Voicemail transcription storage.

 

Voicemail Transcription Data Retention

This feature allows Administrators to define specific data retention periods and automated deletion schedules for Voicemail Transcriptions within the Storage and Retention module. 

When the new configuration is enabled, Administrators can automate the lifecycle of voicemail text independently from the original audio recordings, ensuring all sensitive information is purged according to legal requirements.

 

Configuration 

To access and manage these settings within the Admin application, please navigate to: Service Settings > Storage and Retention > Recordings > Voicemail.
