Overview
Studio Interactions is the first phase of the Studio Governance app within Talkdesk Studio.
With Studio Interactions, admins have access to historical interaction details oriented to Studio flow executions.
This feature provides the means to monitor volume by interaction type, completion and error rates, and identify the type of interactions and components with the highest frequency of errors.
Additionally, users can examine the previous 30 days’ flow executions, grouped by interactions, to have detailed insights into a specific flow path.
Navigating the Main Dashboard
The dashboard contains widgets that visualize Studio Interactions performance and interaction data:
Volume by interaction type [1]: Volume of interactions categorized by flow interaction type and filtered by the data range selected,
Completion rate [2]: Completion rate of a studio flow execution. If a component goes through an error handling exit, the system classifies the execution as an error.
Error by interaction type [3]: Volume of errors categorized by flow interaction type and filtered by the selected data range.
Component with most errors [4]: Volume of component errors for the selected data range and specific trends.

Recent Flow Executions By Interaction
The Recent flow executions by interactions section lists recent interactions for a detailed analysis.

Studio Interactions Overview Page
Studio Interactions Overview offers an initial context of an interaction, detailing the contact, touchpoint, and interaction information. Beyond these details, the page displays the specific flows that were used throughout the interaction, including the Flow ID and Version.
The page provides a drill-down view of specific executions.
Administrators can use the options on the left side of the page to refine the view and locate specific step execution data using the search bar.
Over the right side, they are able to inspect component variables with context on step exit, input, and output parameters. Additionally, admins have the option to share the page with a specific step as well as analyze the version of the step.
