Explore Dashboard ðŸ§
The Explore dashboard serves as a central hub for accessing various reports and dashboards, allowing users to gain insights into the selected account's performance. The main view presents a searchable and sortable table of all available items.
Â
Dashboard Overview
- Item Count: At the top, a count of the total items is displayed (e.g., "74 items").
-
Search and Filtering:
- Search bar: A search bar allows you to quickly find an item by its name or type.
- Filter by type: A dropdown menu lets you filter the results to a specific type.
- Scheduled only: A checkbox to show only the reports or dashboards that are scheduled.
- Table options: A button to customize the table view.
Â
Table Columns
Each item in the table provides key details at a glance:
- Name: The name of the report or dashboard, which is a clickable link to view the item in detail. Examples include "Account Breakdown Report" and "Activity Report".
- Type: The classification of the item (e.g., "Default reports", "Default dashboards").
- Creator: Indicates who created the item. Many are listed as "Default", meaning they are pre-built reports provided by the system.
- Schedules: Shows the number of schedules currently set up for that specific report or dashboard. This indicates if the item is configured to be automatically generated and sent at regular intervals.
For more information on how to use reports and schedule reports executions that can then be shared via email, please check this documentation.
