- Step 1: Create an AI Agent Orchestration on the AI Agent Platform
- Step 2: Create an Autopilot Agentic in AI Launchpad
An Autopilot Agentic relies on the AI Agent Platform to configure Autopilot’s logic and Talkdesk Studio to connect that logic to Talkdesk channels (voice and digital).
So, before creating an Agentic Autopilot, it’s necessary to have an AI Agent Orchestration configured in the AI Agent Platform and a Studio flow to interact with that logic.
To create a new Agentic Autopilot, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Create an AI Agent Orchestration on the AI Agent Platform
Move to the next step if you already have an AI Agent Orchestration created on the AI Agent Platform that you want to connect to your Autopilot.
