Data Syncs: Overview

The Data Syncs app enables Administrators to easily configure and manage data synchronization processes that bring information from external systems into Talkdesk.

Notes: 

  • Currently data synchronization processes support the synchronization of contacts and Agents.
  • At this time, these syncs are available within out-of-the-box integrations and custom integrations. 

In Data Syncs the user will be able to see the currently configured syncs, and have parity with the current sync actions. E.g. being able to enable/disable the data synchronization processes.
