On Friday, August 1, 2025, we released Talkdesk Hospitality Experience Cloud™, an AI-powered CX platform built for the hospitality industry. Designed for hotels and resorts, it enhances guest satisfaction by connecting service desks, systems, and channels to deliver fast, personalized support throughout the entire stay.

What’s Included

  • Guest Lookup and Profiles: Instantly identifies guests and displays relevant profile information, for personalized interactions.
  • Booking Management: Enables booking lookups and updates via confirmation number, name, or room information.
  • Room Service and Housekeeping Requests: Automates service requests through chat or text notifications.
  • Bellhop Requests: Guests can request bellhop services via automated flows, with live Agent escalation, if needed.
