Workspace Keyboard Shortcuts enables users to navigate and perform common actions more efficiently by reducing the need to switch between the keyboard and mouse.
This feature enhances navigation efficiency, benefiting all roles by reducing the time spent switching between tasks and improving the overall workflow within the Workspace. It empowers users to perform key actions quickly, whether they’re managing conversations, searching, or navigating between apps.
Users can view available shortcuts by hovering over relevant components within the UI.
Important Note: The keyboard shortcuts are temporarily suppressed whenever your cursor is active inside a text input field (such as search bars, transfer panels, consultation/conference inputs, or notes). While an input field is focused, keypresses will be registered as text instead of triggering call actions.
