SAML SSO - Microsoft Azure ADFS

SAML SSO can be enabled by Admins by selecting the default Single Sign-on provider for their account as 'SAML':

Talkdesk supports integrating with Microsoft Azure Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) as a SAML SSO provider. This document details the configuration steps required to configure the communication between these two services.

Note: These instructions are based on Microsoft Entra ID.

To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Select Microsoft Entra ID from the menu on the left.

2. Select Add > Enterprise application.

3. Click on Create your own application.

4. Click on Integrate any other application you don't find in the gallery (Non-gallery), give your application a name, and click Create.

5. Select Assign users and groups.

6. Click on Add user/group.

7. Select your user, click Select and then Assign.

8. Select Single Sign-on (on the left) and click on the SAML widget.

9. Configure the Identifier and Reply URL with your Talkdesk account URL, followed by “/login/saml/sso”.

For example: https://myaccountname.talkdeskid.com/login/saml/sso.

10. Copy the App Federation Metadata Url and save it somewhere safe (you will need to add this URL in Talkdesk).
