Talkdesk Cases
- Users will now be able to change assignees directly from the Cases Views lists. A dropdown selection will be available in the “Assignee” field for quick updates within the case list.
Talkdesk Knowledge Management
- Content Scope Settings empower users to configure which information is accessible to which agents, across all of Talkdesk’s AI products, including Autopilot and Copilot. This functionality applies to individual cards, variations, and external sources.
Talkdesk Service Cloud Voice
- The new 2.10 version ensures full compatibility with the Google partitioning model launched in the Google Chrome browser version 127. Also, in the event that the connection is lost, a notification will be sent to agents and Talkdesk will try to reconnect (for 2 minutes).
Talkdesk Studio
- FTE Outbound Caller ID enables administrators to set up any account number as an outbound caller ID on the Forward to External Number Studio component.
- Agents can now perform a blind transfer to flow, simplifying call handling and improving overall efficiency. Orchestration and routing tools can be used to build custom blind transfers based on time, data dips, voicemail, or callback options.
