Administrators can configure automatic deletion of all data that follows a predetermined time (ranges from one day to "Do not delete").
By default, accounts are set to delete recordings after 180 days. Upon the expiration of a retention period, a purge operation is executed and deleted data is not recoverable.

Call Recording | Administrators can configure Talkdesk to record Inbound Calls, Outbound calls, both or none. |
Voicemail Recording | Administrators can configure Talkdesk to record Voicemails, an Agent productivity app in Workspace. |
Screen Recording | Administrators can configure Talkdesk to record the screen. |
Transcription | Administrators can configure Talkdesk to retain call transcripts. |
