Talkdesk Data Retention Policy

Administrators can configure automatic deletion of all data that follows a predetermined time (ranges from one day to "Do not delete").

By default, accounts are set to delete recordings after 180 days. Upon the expiration of a retention period, a purge operation is executed and deleted data is not recoverable.

For more information on the different data types, please consult the table below.

Data Type Description
Call Recording Administrators can configure Talkdesk to record Inbound Calls, Outbound calls, both or none.
Voicemail Recording Administrators can configure Talkdesk to record Voicemails, an Agent productivity app in Workspace.
Screen Recording Administrators can configure Talkdesk to record the screen.
Transcription Administrators can configure Talkdesk to retain call transcripts.
