Talkdesk Agent Workspace: Conversations
- It is now possible to update the new wrap-up settings in bulk by uploading a CSV file. The previous settings were removed from the template.
Talkdesk Financial Services Experience Cloud for Banking
- User interactions are now updated by external ID (e.g. member ID) on the Activities card. Agents can view voice and digital interactions for a user, regardless of the communication channel.
- The new Banking and Insurance Omnichannel Interactions Reports are now available in the Explorer application.
Talkdesk Live
- Customers will be able to experience Talkdesk Live in multiple languages, configurable via Workspace Admin.
Talkdesk Workforce Management
- To meet requirements, apps must target API level 34 (Android 14) or higher. Therefore, the target API level was upgraded from 33 to 34.
