- Admins can now set an account-level inactivity time, to determine when users will be logged out of Talkdesk. By default, this setting is disabled.

- Alpha Sender ID for Send SMS component is a new feature that boosts customer outreach efforts, allowing customized brand names to replace standard numeric sender information.
Talkdesk Healthcare Experience Cloud for Providers
- Agents can now send text messages with appointment details directly to patients during a call, streamlining appointment processes, among other benefits. It is also possible to access the rendering provider associated with each patient
Talkdesk Workforce Management
- Resolved an issue that caused the Agent status to show incorrectly within the WFM User Interface.
