Chat Widget V2 & Customize Chat Widget. From July 19th, 2024, the system will automatically generate Chat Widget V2 when a chat touchpoint is created. This updated version presents a variety of customization options.

Admins can configure different names and icons for agents and autopilots (only available for Chat Widget V2). This will customize how agent names will appear to customers.
