  • Talkdesk Admin (Call Recording Settings) 
    • Enhancement: Admins can suppress the contact side of the recording, only keeping the agent's side. 
  • Talkdesk Explore
    • New: Audit Logs Report available for Admins in Talkdesk Explore.
  • Talkdesk Navigator
    • New: The new Talkdesk Navigator™ product allows you to detect the topic of digital and voice messages, guiding the interaction flow accordingly. 
  • Talkdesk for Salesforce
    •  New:
      • Click-to-digital component supported for Salesforce. 
      • Talkdesk Workspace can be embedded in Salesforce layouts.
    •  Enhancements:
      • Compatibility with the recent changes to CSP (for US region only).
      • Lead sync enhancements
      • New login flow appears after a refresh in inactive sessions.
  • Talkdesk for Service Cloud Voice
    •  New:
      • Setting to record voice calls can be enabled/disabled for Outbound Studio Flows.
      • Agents can now pause/resume call recordings on the Voice call recording toggle.
      • Salesforce Dialer now supported on all regional clouds.
    • Enhancement: Compatibility with the recent changes to CSP (for US region only).
