In the case list, you can select multiple cases to bulk resolve cases.
To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Go to a case view and select the checkboxes of cases that you want to resolve in bulk.
- On the action bar, click Resolve cases.
Note: The maximum number of cases that can be updated in bulk is 50. Agents can select cases on one page for bulk resolution. The selected cases will be lost if the agent jumps to another page via pagination.
- A pop-up window will appear and may contain warning information listing the cases that can’t be resolved.
Note: The bulk case resolution will skip to resolve the cases that miss mandatory fields (e.g. Group, etc.) of the resolution. The bulk case resolution will skip to resolve the cases that contain unresolved subcases.
- Then you can choose Skip to continue the resolution. In the next window, you can input resolution notes and click the Confirm update button to complete the bulk resolution.
You will see cases have been updated successfully once it’s done.
