Keap (Infusionsoft) Activation

Note: Infusionsoft is now called Infusionsoft by Keap.

 

The setup is quick and easy and no programming is required. You will just need to enter your Keap / Infusionsoft account information for the integration process to be complete

 

Activate the Keap / Infusionsoft Integration in Talkdesk

Please follow these steps to activate the integration:

  1. Log in to your Talkdesk account as an Admin
  2. Go to the Builder [1] > Integrations [2] and click Add Integration [3] to access all available integrations

 

  1. Scroll down to “Keap” and click Add Integration [4].

 

  1. Select the relevant settings for your integration (e.g., choose if you want to synchronize only Contacts or also Agents). Next, click Connect Infusionsoft [5]. Make sure you have an active login on your Keap / Infusionsoft environment when doing this step.

  1. Select the Keap / Infusionsoft environment you want to establish the integration with Talkdesk and click Allow [6].

 

  1. You’ll now be shown a Talkdesk confirmation screen. Close the screen and return to Talkdesk. Refresh the page, and you’re done!

The Talkdesk and Keap / Infusionsoft integration is now activated. All information will automatically synchronize between Talkdesk and Keap and you can start adding automations.
