Deleting an IVR (Legacy)

Note: Effective June 21, 2021, Talkdesk Classic Inbound Routing will no longer be available to sell to new customers. New customer accounts will only be able to configure inbound routing behavior through Studio.


To easily remove an IVR tree, go the IVR tab of the number, and:


  • Set the IVR Message to "None" [1].
  • Remove any associated prompts by clicking the "x" [2].
  • Save the changes [3].


Note: The section that allows you to choose how many times to play the message before performing an action is not a prompt, and cannot be removed ("If no number is pressed, play IVR greeting X times, then X").
