If we update a contact's phone number in an external integration, will it be updated in Talkdesk automatically?

Any modifications to a contact in an external integration are pushed to Talkdesk's corresponding contact record.

Google contacts are the rare exception and only provide a one-way synchronization from Google contacts to Talkdesk.

Note: When a number is removed from an External Integration Contact, the corresponding number within the Talkdesk Contact will not be removed.
