Freshservice Integration Activation

Freshservice integration setup is quick and easy. No programming is required: just enter your Freshservice account information and the integration process is complete. Follow these steps to activate the integration.

 

Get your Freshservice API Key

To activate your Talkdesk and Freshservice integration, you first need an API Key:

  • Log in to your Freshservice account.
  • Click on your initial in the top-right corner [1].
  • Select 'Profile Settings' [2] from the drop-down menu.

  • Copy the API Key that you can find under 'Your API Key' [3], on the right-hand side.

Activate Your Freshservice Integration in Talkdesk

  • Log in to your Talkdesk account as an Administrator.
  • Select the 'Admin' section [4] at the top of the page.
  • Select the 'Integrations' tab [5] and click on the Freshservice 'Connect' button [6].

Fill out the form with your Freshservice credentials:

You need to enter your Freshservice subdomain [7] and the 'API Key' [8] that you copied from Freshservice.

Then, select the appropriate boxes [9] to synchronize contacts, interactions and conversation history.

Once you have completed these steps, click 'Save' [10] and that’s it!

The Talkdesk and Freshservice integration is now complete and you can start adding your automations.
