The Account Users app allows admins to search for and locate individual user records within Support Suite, scoped to a selected account.
Prerequisite: Select an Account
Before using the Account Users app, you must first select an account. The app requires an account to be in context in order to perform user searches — without an account selected, the search interface will not be available.
Accessing Account Users
1. Navigate to Support Suite.
2. Select an account.
3. In the left sidebar, click the Users icon.
4. The Users panel opens, displaying the selected account context and search interface.
Search Users
A banner at the top of the panel displays the account currently in context, showing the account name and its unique identifier. This banner updates dynamically based on the selected account and confirms the scope within which user searches will be performed.
Use the search box to look up a specific user by:
- Name
- User ID
Search Users Results
Matching users are displayed in a results table with the following columns:
Name: The user's display name, shown alongside an avatar initial.
Account: The account the user belongs to, shown as a clickable link to the account's details.
Activation: The user's current status, shown as a badge.
Created: The date and time the user record was created.
