Quick Actions Dashboard
The Quick Actions dashboard provides a set of tools for performing administrative tasks on integrations and automations for a selected account. This feature allows for rapid configuration changes and troubleshooting without navigating to different sections of the platform.
The dashboard is divided into two main tabs: Quick Actions and Execution history.
Quick Actions Tab
This tab contains several modular sections, each designed for a specific task. To perform an action, you must enter the unique identifier (known as an "Integration slug") for the integration you want to modify.
- Enable Integration: Allows you to activate a specific integration by entering its slug and clicking the Enable button.
- Disable Integration: Allows you to deactivate an active integration by entering its slug and clicking the Disable button.
- Reset Sync Checkpoint: This is used for integrations that sync contacts. By entering the integration slug and clicking Reset, this action resets synchronization checkpoint, forcing the next synchronization to restart from the beginning. This is especially useful for resolving sync issues that require a full reprocessing of data.
- Reprovision hidden recipes: This action is used to re-run or provision hidden recipes associated with an integration. Enter the integration slug and click Reprovision to perform this action.
- Replay failed automations: This feature allows you to re-attempt automations that have failed to execute. You must provide the integration slug, as well as a specific Start date and time and End date and time to define the timeframe of the failed automations you want to replay. After entering the required information, click Replay.
Execution History Tab
This tab will list the integration executions of the last 90 days.
