  • Type: The classification of the organization (e.g., "Reseller").
  • Accounts: The total number of accounts associated with that organization.

From this screen, you can:

  • View a list of all accounts associated with the organization.

Organization Settings (Voice Dialing Permissions)

At the end of the Default settings window, a dedicated section lets you configure voice dialing permissions for new accounts created under this organization. These permissions used to be fixed for every account created under an organization; they can now be configured per organization.

  • Voice dialing permissions: Whether new accounts under this organization inherit the main account's dialing permissions, or use their own.
  • Low-risk destinations: Dialing permission for low-risk destination numbers.
  • Special services number ranges: Dialing permission for special services number ranges.
  • High-risk for toll fraud: Dialing permission for destinations flagged as high-risk for toll fraud.

Defaults for new organizations:

  • Voice dialing permissions: Own permissions
  • Low-risk destinations: Same as the main account
  • Special services number ranges: Blocked
  • High-risk for toll fraud: Blocked

Note: These settings reflect what an organization already has and apply going forward only — changing them does not affect any existing accounts.
