Synchronizing Deleted Contacts in Salesforce


To synchronize deleted contacts and make sure contacts are deleted in Talkdesk when deleted from Salesforce follow these instructions:

Log in to your Talkdesk account as an Administrator:


  • Access the Admin [1] section at the top of the page.
  • Select the Integrations [2] tab and click the Salesforce Connect [3] button.
  • Click the Configuration button [4]:


Select the appropriate boxes to:

  • "Synchronize Contacts": Import and synchronize contacts from Salesforce.
  • "Synchronize Deleted Contacts" [5]: Delete contacts in Talkdesk when deleted from Salesforce.


Note: The "Synchronize Deleted Contacts" option only works if the Synchronize Contacts and the Contact Types options are also selected.

Click Save [6] to apply your changes.
