To synchronize deleted contacts and make sure contacts are deleted in Talkdesk when deleted from Salesforce follow these instructions:
Log in to your Talkdesk account as an Administrator:
- Access the Admin  section at the top of the page.
- Select the Integrations  tab and click the Salesforce Connect  button.
- Click the Configuration button :
Select the appropriate boxes to:
- "Synchronize Contacts": Import and synchronize contacts from Salesforce.
- "Synchronize Deleted Contacts" : Delete contacts in Talkdesk when deleted from Salesforce.
Note: The "Synchronize Deleted Contacts" option only works if the Synchronize Contacts and the Contact Types options are also selected.
Click Save  to apply your changes.
