SSO with Microsoft

To configure Microsoft to work as your Single Sign-on provider for Talkdesk, access the Admin menu, select Security Settings, and then proceed with the following steps:

  1. Locate the "Single sign-on provider" section. 
  2. Select "Microsoft" as the designated provider. 
  3. Confirm the selection by choosing "Save."

Note: In order to be able to use this integration, the agents' Talkdesk login email address must match the Microsoft account email.

Authorization for the specified Talkdesk account to authenticate users via Microsoft as the Identity Provider is now enabled.

If agents are not currently authenticated with Microsoft, an authentication prompt will appear, requesting confirmation of login credentials.

Subsequently, a prompt will appear requesting authorization for Talkdesk to access your Microsoft account details.
