SSO with Microsoft

If you wish to log in to the Talkdesk main web application using your Microsoft account, simply follow these instructions:

Note: In order to be able to use this integration, the agents' Talkdesk login email address must match the Microsoft account email.

  1. Log into your Talkdesk account as an Administrator.
  2. Select the Admin section from the top navigation bar [1].
  3. Select the Preferences tab [2].
  4. Scroll down to Single Sign-On Provider [3] and select Microsoft [4] from the dropdown menu.
  5. Save your changes [5].

Now, when logging in to Talkdesk, agents simply need to press the Login with Microsoft button:

If agents are not yet signed in to Microsoft, an authentication window will pop up asking to confirm the login details there:

You will then be prompted to allow Talkdesk to access your Microsoft account information:
