SSO with Microsoft


If you wish to log in to the Talkdesk main web application or Callbar using your Microsoft account, simply follow these instructions:


Note: In order to be able to use this integration, the agents' Talkdesk login email address must match the Microsoft account email.

  • Log into your Talkdesk account as an Administrator
  • Select the 'Admin' section from the top navigation bar [1]
  • Select the ‘Preferences’ tab [2]
  • Scroll down to ‘Single Sign-On Provider' and select Microsoft from the dropdown menu [3]
  • 'Save' your changes [4].

Now, when logging in to Talkdesk, agents simply need to press the ‘Login with Microsoft button:


If agents are not yet signed into Microsoft, an authentication window will pop up asking to confirm the login details there:


You will then be prompted to allow Talkdesk to access your Microsoft account information:
