Talkdesk Navigator: Dashboard for Explore

A dedicated Explore dashboard for Navigator provides customized insights into its performance, helping users analyze key metrics, trends, and automation effectiveness. This guide outlines the steps to configure an Explore dashboard tailored to Navigator.

During a single call, multiple Navigators can be triggered. To analyze Navigator usage, you must monitor ‘Hits per Call’ and ‘Hits per Execution”:

  •  ‘Hits per Call’ represents the total number of times a Navigator is activated during a call.
  • ‘Hits per Execution’ tracks the number of times a Navigator is used within a single execution.
