No, add-ons are currently unavailable in the automated process. Resellers can incorporate add-ons from the available list through the O2C workflow.

Which add-ons are available for integration with Talkdesk Express?

To enrich the Talkdesk Express experience, the following add-ons are able to be sold on top of an Express subscription:

  • Talkdesk for Salesforce Connector
  • Talkdesk for HubSpot Connector
  • Talkdesk for ServiceNOW Connector
  • Talkdesk Microsoft Team Connector

Is it possible to connect BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier)?

How does Talkdesk Express integrate with existing CRM systems or databases?

Talkdesk Express  allows integration with customers' Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM systems. However, for seamless integration, users may need to customize or configure specific settings within Talkdesk Express.

Does Talkdesk Express include Talkdesk Outbound Dialer?

Talkdesk Express does not include Talkdesk Outbound Dialer. However, it is included in the add-ons available list, so it can be incorporated through the O2C workflow.
