For amendments leading to an increase in the license count for Talkdesk Express, the changes take effect in the then current month. Conversely, cancellations of existing Talkdesk Express subscriptions take effect on the last day of the calendar month following termination.

Partners can perform one amendment per month, leading to a decrease in the license count change for Talkdesk Express. Regarding amendments leading to an increase in the license count for Talkdesk Express, there is no limit to the number of amendments allowed.
