Yes, resellers can manage amendments and cancellations exclusively through the Support Dashboard. However, changes cannot be made during the last 24 hours of each calendar month.
What are the time restrictions for amendments and cancelations?
Amendments that decrease the license count for Talkdesk Express take effect on the first day of the calendar month following the amendment. Amendments that increase the license count for Talkdesk Express take effect in the current month. Conversely, cancellations of existing Talkdesk Express subscriptions take effect on the last day of the calendar month following termination.
How many amendments can I do per month?
Resellers can make one monthly amendment to decrease the license count for Talkdesk Express. There is no limit to the number of amendments allowed to increase the license count.
Can I add more licenses to my Talkdesk Express subscription at any time?
Yes, additional licenses can be added anytime through amendments, up to the maximum limit of 25.
What should I do if my customer needs over 25 licenses for their Talkdesk Express subscription?
If your customers need more than 25 licenses, we recommend transitioning to one of Talkdesk's more comprehensive solutions that better meet their evolving needs.
What happens if the number of licneses is reduced or Talkdesk Express is canceled? Will any credits be issued?
No, no credits will be issued if the number of licenses is reduced or if Takdesk Express is canceled. However, if Talkdesk Express is canceled, customers will retain access to their paid subscriptions for the remainder of the month.
